INTRODUCTION:

DS PHARMA is a newly constructed Pharmaceutical unit. The aim of this unit is to provide quality medicines locally as per GMP requirements. The proprietor of DS PHARMA Mr. Naseem Ahmad Siddique is a well-known personality of Pharmaceutical industry. He and his family are running a Pharma successfully for so many years. In the light of his experience of the pharmaceutical industry, he decided to establish a new unit so that quality medicine should be produced locally. The plant is designed to manufacture non-sterile and sterile products. In non-sterile, general tablets, capsules and Sachet sections are ready for production. In sterile, Ampoules and 100 ml infusion sections are ready for production.

The company will have strength of over two hundred employees, including qualified professionals from various fields of expertise. The company maintains its own separate HumanResourceDevelopmentCenter, since its management believes that its employees are its biggest assets. As part of its governance policy the management is committed towards the continuous education of personals and has established its own Human Resource Department Center. The company has also established a state of art laboratory to ensure quality control and quality products.
